We work with primary, secondary and specialist settings across the region — day-to-day cover, long-term placements and whole-term absence.

How it works
You brief us once and the rest sits with us. Sourcing, vetting, right to work checks, timesheets and payroll all happen at our end, so the only decisions you make are the ones that matter.
1. Tell us what you need
Roles, numbers, dates and rates, plus anything specific about your site or shift patterns. Call it through or send it over.
2. We shortlist
We go first to people already registered, vetted and cleared for your sector, then advertise the same day if we need more.
3. You approve
You see profiles before anyone is booked. Nobody turns up at your gate unannounced, and you decide who works on site.
4. We handle the rest
Timesheets, payroll, holiday pay, AWR tracking and one weekly invoice. You get the staff, without the admin that usually follows.
More than day-to-day cover
Most clients come to us for temporary staff. A good number end up using us for a good deal more than that.
