Ten minutes online, then a phone call from a consultant. We'd rather have a proper conversation with you than make you fill in pages of paperwork first.

Finding you a placement isn't where it ends. We check in, chase your timesheet when it needs chasing, and deal with the client so that you never have to.

Search for "People Dynamix Connect" on the App Store or Google Play. Everything runs through the app from here, your registration, your documents, your shifts and your timesheets.

2. Register your details

Tell us what you're after

Tell us about your experience, the sectors you'd like to work in and the hours you can do. You can save as you go, so if something comes up you can pick it back up later.

3. Speak with a consultant

A conversation, not a form

A specialist from the right division will call you, then arrange an interview by video or face to face at our Sefton office, whichever works better for you.

4. Complete your checks

No paperwork, no posting

Upload your ID, right to work documents and certificates straight into the app. We'll take up your references and sort any DBS or licence checks your sector needs.

5. Start working

Work that fits around you

We'll start offering you shifts that match what you told us. Accept them in the app, submit your timesheet each week, and your consultant is a tap away if you need them.
